ด้วยคณะทำงานโครงการฯ ได้มีการประชุมเเละประเมินสถานการณ์จากการเเพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโคโรน่า2019 (covid-19) เเละ มีมติเป็นเอกฉันท์ว่า งานประชุมที่จะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 7-8 มีนาคม นี้ ทางโครงการขอ “เลื่อน” การจัดงานประชุมออกไปอย่างไม่มีกำหนด จนกว่าสถานการณ์ความรุนเเรงของโรคจะกลับสู่สภาวะปกติค่ะ
